The hotel was friendly family run, spent my time lovely here. The room was great-sized and very affordable with a very comfortable bed, the staff were kind. The location was nice, close to the sea, convenient to go everywhere. After long day I visited Yen Nhi Nguyen Restaurant for a couple of drinks...

Poor insulation, walls and doors are not well isolated, leading to noisy neighbors being heard. Noisy roosters in the morning and lack of a bathroom ventilator made for an uncomfortable experience.

Spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed and a view of the ocean. the complimentary bottles of water in the room were a nice touch. the location was quiet and there were some great vegetarian restaurants within a 15-minute walk. the local bus to the red sand dunes passed by the hotel, making it convenient for exploring the area.

No elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage. the staff could be more professional and attentive, especially the manager who was rude and tried to keep my passport.

The value for money at Minh Ngoc was excellent, with a clean and spacious room offering a great view of the sea. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
